CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We at Lukhi Dairy Farm strive to provide the freshest dairy products.

Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them or before dispatch.

• To cancel, email us at sales@lukhidairyandfarm.com or call +91 9228119473.

Refunds:

• Perishable items like milk, ghee, and buttermilk cannot be returned unless:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Wrong item delivered

• Send proof (photo/video) within 24 hours of delivery.

• Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
