Refund, Cancellation & Returns Policy
At Lukhi Dairy and Farm we strive to deliver the freshest, highest-quality dairy products — including milk, buttermilk, cow ghee and buffalo ghee. Because our products are perishable and made for immediate consumption, we follow a clear and simple cancellation and refund process to protect your safety and ensure fair handling.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, or any time before the order is dispatched from our facility. To cancel an order, please use one of the options below:

Returns & Refunds — Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our dairy products, returns are not accepted in general. However, we will make exceptions and provide refunds or replacements when items are received in an unacceptable condition. Refunds are considered only in the following circumstances:
- Damaged during transit (packaging broken, ghee container leaking, milk contamination, etc.).
- Incorrect item delivered (you received a different product than what was ordered).
How to Claim a Refund or Replacement
- Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@lukhidairyandfarm.com or WhatsApp/phone at +91 9228119473.
- Provide your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear supporting proof — photos or a short video showing the damage or the wrong item.
- Once we receive your claim and review the evidence, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Note: Refund processing time depends on your payment provider and bank; Lukhi Dairy and Farm will complete its part within the stated timeframe.
Exceptions & Safety
We cannot accept claims for issues reported after 24 hours of delivery, or for items that show signs of tampering or improper storage after delivery. If you suspect spoilage, please do not consume the product and get in touch immediately.
